This was one of the first tap dance performances from DPR Korea I had watched, along with the recent tap dance performance of "Advancing socialism", it has become one of my favourites!
When I watched it for the first time, the moment at 2:29 gave me a big surprise! I still wonder how those kinds of dresses work...
